Details

Our proposal is to include a threshold for suppliers, at least 50,000 domestic customers. So, the new requirement would not apply to these suppliers.

We have proposed for the new licence conditions to be temporary and last for 2 years initially but are grateful for views on this time period. This may be extended depending on a review of the initial period.
